palais de tokyo (paris) visit

So.. found myself in Paris over easter and thought I would check out the palais de tokyo which had inspired last years show.. photos here..and a few comments as to what you are seeing and why. The order is jumbled so will just consider themes.. 1. lighting-use of different conventional domestic lighting in kitchen area, 2. scale-oversize skeletons, graphic walls and text you can walk through! 3. pixel tv- finally seen one working and the light levels as you can see from the images must be very low to work, infact a non-starter for our show. 4. commercial poster displays that rotate work - a great interior display solution! 5. watching area for dvd/showreel.
